Prices for 2027 weddings
Wedding photography prices in Tuscany and Italy
Every wedding is different, but before booking most couples want to know the same things: what’s included, how long the coverage lasts, what happens after the wedding and how to reserve a date. You’ll find all of that on this page.
I photograph one wedding per day, mostly in Tuscany and across Italy, for couples who come from abroad. Below are the full-day coverage, the optional extras, how booking works and the questions couples ask me most often.
For albums and every detail, you can ask for my complete price guide at the bottom of the page.

The package
The full day
One all-inclusive price: starting from €2,200 in Tuscany, with travel, accommodation and taxes included.
One photographer, from the getting ready to the first dance and the party.

Comparing quotes
What affects the price of a wedding photographer in Tuscany
If you’re comparing photographers, prices in Tuscany can look very different from one to another. Most of the difference comes down to a few things, and it helps to know them before you compare quotes.
Hours of coverage
A full day usually means eight to ten hours, from the getting ready to the first part of the party. Shorter packages cost less, but they could leave out the moments couples remember most.
Travel and accommodation
Tuscany is large, and many venues are deep in the countryside.
Some photographers could add travel and hotels to their fee.
Season and day of the week
Saturdays in May, June and September are the most requested dates. Some photographers charge more for them; my price stays the same, but these dates are the first to be booked.
One or two photographers
A second photographer is useful for large weddings, but it adds to the cost. For most weddings up to around 80 guests, one experienced photographer is all you need.
What you actually receive
The number of edited photos, the delivery time, the online gallery, print rights, albums. Two quotes that look similar can include very different things.
Taxes
Always ask whether a quote includes taxes. Mine is the full amount, with nothing added at the end.
That’s why I prefer one clear price that already includes everything you need for the day, with no surprises later.
Extras
If you need a little more
Everything below is optional. You’ll find prices for each extra in my full price guide.
The day before or the day after
A welcome dinner, a pizza party or a relaxed brunch the morning after: a few hours of photos with your guests, before or after the big day.
Additional hours
Ten hours cover most weddings. If the day starts early or the party goes on late, extra hours can be added.
A second photographer
I love working alone: it keeps me discreet, and your guests soon forget I’m there. For a large wedding, or if you’d like a second point of view on the day, I can bring a second photographer.
Fine art albums and prints
To keep and to give. A printed album is still the most beautiful way to look back at your day, made from the photos of your gallery.
Express delivery
In a hurry? If you need your photos sooner, for thank-you cards or simply because you can’t wait, I can deliver your complete gallery faster.
Video
Photography and film
I don’t shoot video myself. Over the years I’ve worked with a few filmmakers who share the way I work: quietly, without directing the day. I’m happy to put you in touch with them. If you already have your own videographer, I’ll be glad to meet them and work together.
Small weddings
Elopements and intimate weddings
Some of my favourite days have had just a handful of people. An elopement can last four hours or a whole day, in a villa, a city or a field of wheat, so I quote each one on its own. Tell me where and when.
How booking works
From the first email to your wedding day
Write to me with your date and venue, even if they’re not final yet. I reply personally, usually within 24 hours.
Video call
If you’d like to meet before booking, I’m always happy to have a video call, so we can get to know each other and talk about your day.
Contract
A contract and a 50% deposit reserve your date, and the balance is due two weeks before the wedding. I photograph one wedding per day.

Questions
Questions couples ask me
Yes. In Tuscany, the price includes up to ten hours of coverage, travel, accommodation, taxes, hand-edited photographs, a private online gallery and full print rights. The only extras are optional: albums and prints, extra hours, a second photographer or a pre or post wedding event.
As soon as you have a date and a venue. May, June and September are the first months to fill.
A deposit of 50% reserves your date when you sign the contract, and the balance is due two weeks before the wedding.
You can pay by bank transfer or by credit card; card payments carry a 3% fee.
Yes, across Italy and abroad: the Amalfi Coast, Lake Como, Rome, Le Marche, and weddings in Greece, Spain and Mexico. Travel is quoted separately.
Yes. I only photograph one wedding per day, so once you’ve booked me, I’ll be the one there with you.
I always have a plan B. In the unlikely event that something serious, like illness or an accident, stops me from being there, I’ll send a trusted professional photographer with a style similar to mine, with the same package and the same price written in our contract.
Once you sign the contract, I reserve your date and turn down other requests for it, so the retainer is non-refundable if the wedding is cancelled. If you postpone and I’m available on the new date, we simply sign a new contract and everything you’ve paid moves to the new date. If I’m not available on the new date, the contract is cancelled and the retainer isn’t refunded.
Yes. Fine art albums and prints are available as optional extras. You’ll find the options and prices in my full price guide.
I shoot with two cameras that record every photo on two separate memory cards at the same time, so there’s always an instant backup.
Yes, and I’m happy to. After many weddings in Tuscany I know how the light changes through the seasons, when the sun is too strong for an outdoor ceremony and when it’s best for portraits. Once you have a rough plan, send it to me and I’ll tell you honestly what works and what I would move.
Yes. I’m Italian, so I can talk directly with your venue, caterer, florist and officiant in their own language, and coordinate the small details of the day with them. It makes things easier for everyone, especially when you’re planning from abroad.

Price guide & availability
Ask for my full price guide
Tell me about your day and I’ll send you my complete price guide, with extras, albums and a few weddings to look through. I reply personally to every message, usually within 24 hours.
If your date is still free, we can arrange a short video call to get to know each other and talk about your plans. There’s no commitment until you decide to book.
If you don’t have a venue or an exact date yet, that’s fine: an area and a rough idea of the season are enough to start.
